Hang Gliding Weekend

When
July 24-25th
A 2000 ft flight will last approximately 12 to 20 minutes of flying time – or try the 4000 ft flight for 20 to 26 minutes of flying time. All tandem flights are towed to altitude by a special ultra-light aircraft. In-flight photos available. To fly, you must weigh less than 250 lbs.
Camping is available on the flight field, with swimming pool, bathroom/shower facility, and community house with deck. On Saturday evening a community dinner will be provided for just $5. This is a great way to mingle with individuals who have made a life sport out of hang gliding… including your Trip Leader, Warren Zendano.
Warren attended his first Hang Gliding trip with Team Green Adventures in July 2009. From that experience he registered for the full hang gliding instruction package and now owns his own hang glider! Watch his video below for his “first solo flight” from the top of Lookout Mountain!
